Group Booking Terms & Conditions

- Hourly rates are in effect for group bookings of 4 lanes or more
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time lanes are reserved (the
amount of the deposit is dependent on the # of lanes reserved)
- Decide how many lanes you require for your group (5 players per lane is
recommended)
- Your final number of lanes must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your
function (please call 403-252-5747). You are then responsible to pay for
the confirmed number of lanes.
- The balance is due when your group comes in to bowl.
- Please note that the lanes will go on & time will start as per the time
indicated on the reservation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled start time.
- You should fax us a list of your players (grouped into "teams" of 5) 24
hours prior to your function (fax # 403-255-5274)
- If you wish to run a food & beverage tab at the Snack Bar, the main
contact person for your group must leave a credit card with the Senior
Snack Bar Attendant. You will advise the Snack Bar Attendant when you
wish to settle your taband it must be settled by the time your group is
finished.
- If you are ordering food from our Snack Bar, the order must be called in
at least one week prior to your function.
